Shimla
We arrived after an incredible sunset and a long day of traveling. A very nice couple who was on the toy train with us, rescued us from all of the Kashmiri people harassing us and we jumped in the cab with them and ended up staying, not only in the same hotel as them, but directly across the hall (I think they may have planned that).
We were excited to be in a warm bed and I was excited to shower for the first time since I arrived, AND with hot water (it’s the little things).
We had some warm dinner and played some cards and called it a night before 10 PM. Jet lag had hit me like a brick all day because we hadn’t slept much since I had arrived.
In Shimla, we mostly just explored by walking around all day - we went to some gardens and a museum (I think) that looked like a mix between Hogwarts and the Tower of London. We also went down the mountains to the forest area (even though mountains are all forest) and we saw an AWESOME house down one way that looked like something out of Hansel and Grettle (how the hell do you spell her name?)
After a chai tea break, we searched for an Internet cafe and while the failed, we did cross a Puma, Adidas, and Nikon store (where the eff are we?).
On our way back… we met Gajenda.
