Transportation Stories (I have a lot so FQ will be really happy).

Farrukh tells a lot of transportation stories that generally have no point. I realized that when I am traveling, I tend to do so as well, but I like to think they have a point. If they don’t, please don’t tell me. I can’t bare the thought that I am boring people as much as he bores us with his stories (we and I still love him though, it’s part of his “charm” if you can call it that).

We got back to the office around 7 PM that night. Our night train to Kalka was supposed to leave around 9:30 and from Kalka we would take the toy train to Shimla. Omar double checked the time of our train to find it was 3 and 1/2 hours late which would make us miss our toy train. So, he cancelled and re-booked us on the 5:45 AM train. We’d get to Kalka around 11 and take the noon toy train.

So, poor Sa-Chin had to go home and get some sleep because he had to get us at 4 AM. And so the transportation failures begin…
