Operation Save the World.

Namaste!

I arrived safely in New Delhi! Marlee picked me up with Sa-Chin, a man who is a driver for the travel agency she works with - Perfect Holiday Travel. She is friends with all the guys who work at the agency.

We went to her friend Ulmer’s (Omar’s) place where we stayed. Just a little image for you:

We sat around the floor with our kitchen table (like a picnic cloth), ate a delicious meal cooked by Argen (the house help) with our fingers, and played card games until 1 AM. We played spoons (an American game I had never played that Marlee loves) and several Indian games they taught us. BuRahn and I kicked ass at the game we played with partners. So much so that Ulmer said “No, you must go back to the States.”

I feel no jet lag and we are off on our adventure. Today, we tour Delhi. Tonight, we take a train to Kalka and then from there we take a toy train to Shimla. The toy train is something Marlee has wanted to do - I have no idea what it is but it sounds awesome.

GAME ON INDIA.
